Resignations/Terminations. Section 1. An employee wishing to resign shall give the Employer two (2) weeks notice of resignation. Resignation notices should be submitted in writing and specify the last day the employee is to be at work.

Resignations/Terminations. To the extent requested in writing by Parent pursuant to Section 6.21, the Company shall have provided to Parent written resignations or terminations (in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Parent), effective as of the Closing Date, of any or all officers and directors of the Company and its Subsidiaries, as specified in Parent’s request.
