Resource Teachers Māori. (RTM) From 1 July 2019 the entry step for RTM whose qualification group is Q1, Q2 or Q3 will be step 9 and for RTM whose qualification group is Q3+, Q4 or Q5 will be step 10. From 1 July 2020 the entry step for RTM whose qualification group is Q1, Q2 or Q3 will be step 10 and for RTM whose qualification group is Q3+, Q4 or Q5 will be step 11. After 12 months continuous service in the role of RTM, the teacher will receive an additional unit to a total of two units. (Note: these units are provided separately in the Staffing Order i.e. not part of the entitlement units)

Subject to clause 3.2.4 below, a teacher appointed to a position of RTM will be paid on the appropriate step on the base salary scale and will be entitled to a permanent unit on appointment as per clause 3.4.2. Subject to clause 3.2.5 below, after 12 months continuous service in the role of RTM, the teacher will be entitled to an additional permanent unit.

Part B - Transfer of Employer Within a Cluster Note: This process is separate to the one outlined in Part A above. Where the cluster co ittee decides that a Resource Teacher position is to be transferred between e ploying schools within the cluster, the current e ployer shall disestablish the position, and the new e ployer ust offer the transferred position to the Resource Teacher in the disestablished position as a priority right of appoint ent. If the e ployee declines the new position then the position is offered to any Resource Teachers who have had their position disestablished but not transferred. Where there are ore disestablished Resource Teachers than unfilled transferred positions a nor al appoint ents process would follow for those Resource Teachers. If a position re ains unfilled after this process it is advertised nationally. If the e ployee declines a transfer to a suitable position3, the e ployee shall not be entitled to receive any pay ent or other benefit (including surplus staffing entitle ents) on the ground that his or her position has ceased to exist. If the position is not considered a suitable position and the e ployee declines a transfer then the e ployee shall be entitled to the surplus staffing entitle ents outlined in Part 9 of this Agree ent. 3 A ‘suitable position’ is a position that is: generally si ilar in role, duties and status; and requires si ilar qualifications, training, skills and experience but ay have a different title/or unit allocation; and is in the sa e general locality; and is on ter s and conditions of e ploy ent that are no less favourable than those that applied to the e ployee i ediately before the offer of e ploy ent Part C - Transfer of Employer when Resource Teachers Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) Clusters Change Note: This process is separate to the one outlined in Part A above.   • Business Continuity Planning Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”). Upon written request of Buyer, Supplier shall provide a copy of Supplier’s BCP. The BCP shall be designed to ensure that Supplier can continue to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with this Order in the event of a disaster or other BCP-triggering event (as such events are defined in the applicable BCP). Supplier’s BCP shall, at a minimum, provide for: (a) the retention and retrieval of data and files; (b) obtaining resources necessary for recovery, (c) appropriate continuity plans to maintain adequate levels of staffing required to provide the goods and services during a disruptive event; (d) procedures to activate an immediate, orderly response to emergency situations; (e) procedures to address potential disruptions to Supplier’s supply chain; (f) a defined escalation process for notification of Buyer, within two (2) business days, in the event of a BCP-triggering event; and (g) training for key Supplier Personnel who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining Supplier’s continuity plans and records. Supplier shall maintain the BCP and test it at least annually or whenever there are material changes in Supplier’s operations, risks or business practices. Upon Xxxxx’s written and reasonable request, Supplier shall provide Buyer an executive summary of test results and a report of corrective actions (including the timing for implementation) to be taken to remedy any deficiencies identified by such testing. Upon Xxxxx’s request and with reasonable advance notice and conducted in such a manner as not to unduly interfere with Supplier’s operations, Supplier shall give Buyer and its designated agents access to Supplier’s designated representative(s) with detailed functional knowledge of Supplier’s BCP and relevant subject matter.
