Response Time and Work Progress. The Contractor shall at all times in the execution of his contract ensure that maintenance and repairs of equipment is done in such a manner as to disrupt services to a minimum, and to adhere to the Department's requirements and site instructions within the stipulated time and time spans allocated. Note : Response Time The Contractor shall commence with repair work within 24 hours after receipt of an instruction and immediately in the case of emergency repairs in accordance with Clause 1.20 of this contract.

  • Work Week and Work Day (a) (Applicable to full-time employees only) The normal or standard work week shall be an average of thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours, with a normal or standard work day of seven and one-half (7½) hours except in those Hospitals where agreements already provide a standard or normal work week of less than thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week and seven and one-half (7½) hours per day. (Those Hospitals with the lesser required hours shall reflect in the salary rates a pro-rata lesser amount compared with salaries for other Hospitals based on the ratio that the standard or normal hours of work at the Hospital concerned are to thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and shall appropriately reflect such hours in this Article). The length of time over which the hours of work per week are to be averaged shall be determined locally and shall be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.

  • Work Day and Work Week (A) The normal hours of work for all full-time employees shall be thirty-five (35) hours per week, or seventy (70) hours per two consecutive weeks. All employees are entitled to thirty-two (32) consecutive hours free from work each week, unless overtime rates are paid, as per Article 29.02.

  • Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.

  • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • Response Times (a) LogRhythm will respond to new support cases whether received via a telephone call or email within (i) four (4) Support Hours after receipt if received during a Business Day or (ii) by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Time the following Business Day if received after the end of a Business Day. LogRhythm will respond to new support cases via email or by directly contacting the applicable designated users.   • Work Progress Schedule Refer to Special Conditions and Division 1 General Administration Specifications for additional schedule requirements. Unless indicated otherwise in those documents, Contractor shall submit to the ODR and the A/E its initial Work Progress Schedule for the Work in relation to the entire Project not later than twenty-one (21) days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. Unless otherwise indicated in the Contract Documents, the Work Progress Schedule shall be based upon a computerized Critical Path Method (CPM) with full reporting capability. This initial schedule shall indicate the dates for starting and completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, and acceptance of all the Work of the Contract. When acceptable to the Owner, the initially accepted schedule shall be the Baseline Schedule for comparison to actual conditions throughout the contract duration.
