RESPONSIBILITY/ WARRANTIES AND COVENANTS. 15.1 The Contractor shall conform with and abide by the provisions of all Federal, Provincial and Local Laws, Regulations and any other Laws for the time being in force in Pakistan including all regulation’s or by-laws of any local or other duly constituted authority within Pakistan which may be applicable to the performance of the contract and the rules and regulations of public bodies and companies whose property or rights are affected or may be affected in any way by the works (here in after referred to as “state laws”) and shall give all notices and pay all fines required to be given or paid thereby and shall keep USF indemnified against all penalties of every kind for breach of any of the same. For the execution of work as mentioned in Annex-B , the Contractor are jointly and severely responsible.

For the execution of work as mentioned in Annex-B , the Consultant are jointly and severely responsible. 14.2 For the term of the contract, as far as reasonably practicable and without liability on its part, USF shall provide such information as may be required by the Consultant for fulfillment of its obligation under this Contract.
