REST AND WASH-UP PERIODS. 37.01 (a) Each employee who works on a shift of less than ten (10) hours shall be afforded a rest period of fifteen (15) minutes duration during the first four (4) hours of the shift and a second rest period of fifteen (15) minutes during the second four (4) hours of their shift.
