Wash Up. Employees will be allowed a five (5) minute paid wash up period prior to lunch.
Wash Up. 46.01 Employees in the Maintenance and Equipment Department shall be given five minutes twice daily before lunch time and before leaving work in which to wash up.

If Transpower is required to repay to the clearing manager under the Electricity Governance Rules any part of any losses and constraint excess payment previously received by it (the "Wash-Up Amount") it will calculate the proportion of the Wash-Up Amount which was credited to the Customer (in dollars) (the "Customer Wash-Up Amount"), and it may either:
(a) retain future amounts which would otherwise be credited to the Customer as the Customer Share, up to the Customer Wash-Up Amount; or
