Common use of Rest Facilities Clause in Contracts

Rest Facilities. The District shall make available to unit members at each work site adequate lunchroom, restroom, and lavatory facilities close enough so as not to consume a disproportionate amount of break time traveling to and from such facilities. Such facilities, if they are also intended for use by employees other than unit members, shall be labeled in such a way as to indicate that they are for the use of all employees.
