CTO Usage. 1. If an employee goes home or stays home due to illness or personal issues, they must claim CTO for the time they are absent from work.
CTO Usage. Refers to that time which a unit member is entitled to be absent from their duty with pay for hours worked in addition to or excess of their normal work schedule.
CTO Usage. Employees may use CTO * * * for time off. The use of accumulated CTO shall be requested, and subject to approval, the same manner as is vacation.
