Rest Interval Between Scheduled Shifts. Every reasonable effort shall be made by the Employer to avoid scheduling the commencement of a shift within fourteen (14) hours of the completion of the employee’s previous shift, and to avoid excessive fluctuations in hours of work. This does not apply if the employee works overtime, or where there is an exchange of shift assignments in accordance with Article 13.04.
