Common use of Rest intervals Clause in Contracts

Rest intervals. At a time suitable to the Employer two rest intervals of 10 minutes each shall be given to all Employees during each day or rostered shift and shall be counted as time worked.

Rest intervals. At a time suitable to the Employer Employer, two rest intervals periods - each of 10 ten minutes each duration - shall be given to all Employees each Employee during each day or rostered shift eight hour period of duty and shall be counted as time worked.
