Restrictions on Use; MonitoringService Use i. Customer acknowledges that the FIRE DOG Internet service may provide its employees and other users with a connection to the Internet that may be unfiltered, and that FIRE DOG neither controls nor assumes any responsibility for any content on the Internet or that is posted by a subscriber. All content and material accessed by you or others through the Service is accessed and used by you or such others at their own risk. Customer is solely responsible for the content that is viewed, posted or transmitted by it, its employees and other users of Customer’s Account, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the FIRE DOG Entities harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to content accessed, posted or transmitted by Customer’s employees and other users through the FIRE DOG Internet service. Customer shall ensure that each of its employees, contractors, customers, guests and other users with access to the Internet Service complies with the Terms and uses the Service only in accordance with any FIRE DOG acceptable use or other applicable policy and all applicable laws and regulations. In all events, Customer and its users must respect the property rights of others, including those conferred by copyright, trademark and other laws that protect intellectual property rights. Except as allowed by applicable law, you shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Service any material protected by copyright, trademark, or trade secret or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner thereof. You may upload public domain materials, but you are solely responsible for and assume all risks with respect to the determination of whether materials are in the public domain.

  • Service Use Restrictions In connection with your use of the Services, you sha l not in any way transmit, publish, post, upload, disseminate, or distribute any (i) corrupted files, viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other similar software or programs; and/or ( i) defamatory, infringing, vulgar, sexua ly explicit, obscene, indecent, o fensive, inappropriate, profane, or unlawful content or any hate speech (i.e., racist/discriminatory speech). You sha l also not (i) impair anyone else from using the Services or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services; ( i) access the Services (including by use of robots, scripts, spiders or other automated means) other than via the means provided by us; ( i) misrepresent your identity in any way; (iv) overburden the Services in any way; and/or (v) violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with your use of or access to the Services.

  • Restrictions on Use Licensee is not permitted to make any use of the Licensed Marks in connection with products or services other than the Sprint PCS Products and Services, and as specifically authorized in Sections 1.1(b) above with respect to Related Equipment and Premium and Promotional Items, nor to make any use of the Licensed Marks directed outside of the Service Area.

  • Restrictions on Use of the Service You agree to comply with Viasat’s Acceptable Use Policy, Data Allowance Policy, Bandwidth Usage Policy, Unlimited Data Policy and Email End User License Agreement applicable to your service located at xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, all of which are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. Viasat reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and this Agreement if you knowingly or otherwise engage in any prohibited activity.
