Restroom Service. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Nightly Services - Five (5) nights per week. a. Restock all restrooms with supplies including paper towels, toilet tissue, seat covers, and hand soap, as required. b. Restock all sanitary napkin and tampon dispensers as required. c. Wash and polish all mirrors, dispensers, faucets, flushometers, and bright work with non-scratch disinfectant cleaners.

Restroom Service. A. The City will provide regular restroom service for City-maintained restrooms open to the general public in accordance with the annual maintenance plans. RYSA will provide, through a licensed contractor or payment to City, regular restroom service for restrooms used exclusively by RYSA member leagues and not open to the general public. City and/or contract cleaning staff, as appropriate, shall clean restrooms and restock paper supplies only once per day. During the day, each League shall be responsible for keeping the restrooms clean. B. The City will activate seasonal restrooms on or about April 1 and deactivate them on or about November 1 of each year, dependent on weather conditions. Outside of this period, RYSA or Leagues shall be responsible for placing a portable restroom unit at their sites.
Restroom Service. In season, SPMC will restock restrooms with standard roll or 9” roll toilet paper, standard kitchen roll, hard wound, center pull, or multifold paper towels, bag in the box soap or liquid soap refill, and disinfectant at the expense of SPMC. SPMC will perform light cleaning and disinfecting services for the sink area, commodes, and floor of restrooms. Stock all restrooms with supplies from the building stock, including paper towels, toilet tissue, seat covers, and liquid soap (sanitary napkins and tampons to be stocked by building personnel). Building stock is not to be used for cleaning purposes. 2. Wash and polish all mirrors, dispensers, faucet, plumbing fixtures, flushometers, and bright work with non-scratch disinfectant cleaners. 3. Wash and sanitize all toilets, toilet seats (both sides), urinals and sinks with non-scratch disinfectant cleaner. Wipe dry all sinks. 4. Remove stains, scour toilets, urinals, and sinks as required. 5. Mop all restroom floors with disinfectant germicidal solution. 6. Remove all restroom trash from building. 7. Spot clean fingerprints, marks and graffiti from walls, partitions, glass, aluminum and light switches as required. 8. Dust all low reach and high reach areas including but not limited to structural ledges, mirror tops, partition tops and edges, air conditioning diffusers and return air grills. 9. Wipe down all tile walls and metal partitions. Partitions shall be left in an un-streaked condition after this work. 10. Clean all ventilation grills. 11. Dust all doors and doorjambs. 12. Thoroughly clean all ceramic tile floors and walls. 13. Empty and clean sanitary disposal receptacles. 14. Clean and wash waste receptacles and dispensers. 15. Wash tile wall/granite surfaces subject to splashing. 16. Report all mechanical deficiencies (i.e. dripping faucets, running toilets, etc.) to Management in nightly book. B. Weekly Specifications. 1. Clean and wash all partitions.

  • Separation from Service A termination of employment shall not be deemed to have occurred for purposes of any provision of this Agreement providing for the payment of any amounts or benefits upon or following a termination of employment unless such termination also constitutes a “Separation from Service” within the meaning of Section 409A and, for purposes of any such provision of this Agreement, references to a “termination,” “termination of employment,” “separation from service” or like terms shall mean Separation from Service.

  • Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.

  • Location of Employment The Executive's principal place of business shall continue to be at the Company's headquarters to be located within thirty (30) miles of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; provided, that the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the performance by the Executive of his duties shall require frequent travel including, without limitation, overseas travel from time to time.

  • Termination of Employment Executive's employment hereunder may be terminated under the following circumstances:

  • Expiration of Employment Period If Executive’s employment shall be terminated due to the normal expiration of the Employment Period, this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to Executive, other than for payment of Accrued Obligations and the timely payment or provision of Other Benefits.

  • Duration of Employment 5.1 A seafarer shall be engaged for the period specified in Appendix 1 to this Agreement and such period may be extended or reduced by the amount shown in Appendix 1 for operational convenience. The employment shall be automatically terminated upon the terms of this Agreement at the first arrival of the ship in port after expiration of that period, unless the Company operates a permanent employment system.

  • Suspension of Employment If the Employee is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Bank's affairs by a notice served under Section 8(e)(3) or (g)(1) of the FDIA (12 U.S.C. 1818(e)(3) and (g)(1)), the Bank's obligations under the Agreement shall be suspended as of the date of service, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in the notice are dismissed, the Bank shall, (i) pay the Employee all or part of the compensation withheld while its contract obligations were suspended and (ii) reinstate any of its obligations which were suspended.

  • Expiration of Employment Term (i) In the event Executive elects not to extend the Employment Term pursuant to Section 1 and Executive’s employment has not been earlier terminated pursuant to Sections 7(a), (b), (c), or (e), the Employment Term shall expire and Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate as of the end of the day immediately preceding the commencement of a subsequent Renewal Term, and Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Rights. Except as set forth in this Section 7(d)(i) and for any rights to indemnification and claims for liability insurance coverage under officer and director policies, Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement. (ii) In the event the Company elects not to extend the Employment Term pursuant to Section 1 and Executive’s employment has not been earlier terminated pursuant to Sections 7(a), (b), (c), or (e), the Employment Term shall expire and Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate as of the end of the day immediately preceding the commencement of a subsequent Renewal Term, and Executive shall be entitled to receive the payments and benefits applicable to a termination of Executive’s employment without Cause pursuant to Section 7(c) or Section 7(e), as applicable. Except as set forth in this Section 7(d)(ii) and for any rights to indemnification and claims for liability insurance coverage under officer and director policies, Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement.

  • Employee Discipline Appropriate sanctions must be applied against workforce 18 members who fail to comply with any provisions of CONTRACTOR’s privacy P&Ps, including 19 termination of employment where appropriate.

  • Separation of Employment (a) If an employee is discharged he shall be paid in full for all monies owing him on the date of his discharge. If an employee quits the Employer may withhold payment for five (5) calendar days. (b) The Employer shall give a Record of Employment Certificate to any employee who separates from employment for at least seven (7) days for any reason within five (5) days of the last day worked, or terminates.
