Off a) Employees with less than one (1) year of service shall retain their seniority for a period of eight (8) months. b) Employees with one (1) or more years of service shall retain their seniority for eight (8) months plus one (1) additional month for each year’s service, up to an additional six (6) months. c) A laid-off Employee’s seniority retention is reinstated on the completion of one day’s work.
