Common use of Retention of Standard Hours Clause in Contracts

Retention of Standard Hours. No employee employed as of September 1, 1997, other than a Support Services Officer, Programmer, Programmer/Analyst, Systems Analyst or Technical Support Specialist shall have Appendix C (Averaging of Hours of Work) applied while he/she remains in his/her current position, unless agreed to by the employee.
