Retreat Rights. Upon termination of this Agreement other than for cause, and following completion of at least two years of satisfactory service, Employee shall be entitled to retreat to a first-year probationary faculty position for which he/she meets minimum qualifications, subject to and in accordance with all applicable requirements of Education Code sections 87458 and 87458.1.
