Return from Extended Duty Assignment. Upon being relieved from an extended duty assignment and prior to the employee returning to their regular schedule, the Employer will ensure the employee receives twelve (12) hours off. If the employee is scheduled to work during the twelve (12) hour period, the employee will be granted administrative leave for those hours. If the extended duty assignment is for ten (10) days or more, inclusive of travel, the Employer will ensure that the employee receives twenty-four (24) hours off prior to returning to work.
