Common use of Return from Jury Duty Clause in Contracts

Return from Jury Duty. Upon returning from jury service, the employee shall submit the completed "Certification of Jury Service" to his/her Department, which will account for all regularly assigned workdays during which the employee was on jury duty. Regularly assigned workdays on which the employee did not report for work or for jury duty may not be paid unless covered by sick leave, vacation time, or accumulated overtime, as they would for a normal absence.
