Return of Corporation Property. Executive represents and warrants that Executive has returned to Corporation all property belonging to Corporation, including, but not limited to, all documents or other media containing confidential or proprietary information of Corporation (including without limitation customer, production, and pricing information), and all Corporation credit cards, keys, cellular telephones, and computer hardware and software.

Return of Corporation Property. 36.1 Upon the termination of your employment (for whatever reason) you hereby agree to return to the Corporation all [documents, student work, IT equipment, books, office equipment, keys, security passes, credit cards, college car – delete/amend as appropriate] and any other property belonging to the Corporation. This includes all documents and information whether stored electronically or as hard copy.
Return of Corporation Property. Executive agrees that he will promptly return to the Corporation all property belonging to the Corporation and that he will otherwise comply with the Corporation’s normal employment termination procedures. By way of example only, the Corporation’s property includes, but is not limited to, items such as keys, vehicles, credit cards, cell phones, pagers, computers, all originals and copies (regardless of the form or format on which such originals and copies are maintained) of all Corporation specifications and pricing information, all customer lists and other customer-related information, all supplier lists and other supplier-related information, computer discs, tapes and other documents which relate to the business of the Corporation and/or its customers and/or its suppliers.
Return of Corporation Property. In the event that the Employee’s employment is terminated for any reason, the Employee (or his estate or legal representative, as the case may be) shall be obligated to immediately return all property of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates in his (or their) possession as of the date of termination, including, but not limited to, (i) cell phones, computers or other electronic devices provided by the Corporation to the Employee, including all files resident on such devices; (ii) all memoranda, notes, records, files or other documentation, whether made or compiled by the Employee alone or in conjunction with others (regardless of whether such persons are employed by the Corporation); (iii) all proprietary or other information of the Corporation and its affiliates (originals and all copies) which is in the Employee’s control or possession (or that of his estate or legal representative, as the case may be); and (iv) any and all other property of the Corporation and its affiliates which is in the Employee’s control or possession (or that of his estate or legal representative, as the case may be), whether directly or indirectly.
Return of Corporation Property. All correspondence, drawings, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, or any other documents concerning the Corporation’s or any of its Subsidiary’s customers, business plans, marketing strategies, products or processes, whether confidential or not, is the property of the Corporation (the “Corporation Property”). Accordingly, upon Grantee’s Termination of Employment for any reason, the Grantee shall promptly deliver to the Corporation all such Corporation Property, including any and all copies of any such Corporation Property, and shall not make any notes of or relating to any information contained in any such Corporation Property. The Grantee may respond to a lawful and valid subpoena or other legal process but shall give the Corporation the earliest possible notice thereof, shall, as much in advance of the return date as possible, make available to the Corporation and its counsel the documents and other information sought and shall assist such counsel in resisting or otherwise responding to such process.
Return of Corporation Property. Upon termination of the Employment Period, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Corporation all records, manuals, books, forms, documents, letters, memoranda, data, tables, photographs, video tapes, audio tapes, computer disks and other computer storage media, arid copies thereof, that are the property of the Corporation, or that relate in any way to the business, products, services, personnel, customers, practices or techniques of the Corporation, except Executive may retain a copy of all materials used in the normal course of fulfilling his duties, and in his possession, for the sole purpose of facilitating any disagreement resolution. Executive also shall promptly return all other property of the Corporation (such as, for example, computers, cellular telephones, pagers, credit cards and keys), whether or not containing Confidential Information, that are, in Executive’s possession or under his control. Executive shall agree to indemnify the corporation against any and all losses arising from the misuse of said documents while these documents are under the control of Executive during or after termination of Agreement.
Return of Corporation Property. Employee agrees that upon termination of her employment with the Corporation for any reason, voluntary or involuntary, with or without Cause, she will immediately return to the Corporation all Confidential Information and any Corporation property within her possession (or under her control), and shall not at any time thereafter copy or reproduce the same.
