RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PARTS. 13.1 Unless otherwise specified by BMS, the Company agrees to return all defective parts involved in a complaint occuring during the warranty period within one (1) week from the service date.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PARTS. If we ship replacement parts or components, then we will provide a return shipping label required to return your defective Equipment or part thereof. You will have 14 days from delivery of the replacement to return the defective Equipment or part using the shipping label provided.
