Replacement Item definition

Replacement Item means a Samsung item that We, the Insurer, supply to You. It may be a changeover item that has been re-manufactured or refurbished under a recognised changeover program. Successful Claim: means a claim received by Us where We Repair the Covered Item, replace the Covered Item or pay You the Cover Amount.

Replacement Item or "Replacement Equipment" shall have a fair market value at the time of such replacement equal to the then fair market value of the Equipment or Items thereof for which replacement is made, and anticipated to have a fair market value at the expiration of the Base Term equal to the fair market value which the Equipment or Items for which replacement is made would have had at the end of the Base Term, and (i) be the same type and of at least equal capacity to the Equipment for which the replacement is being made. Upon delivery, such Replacement Equipment shall become subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Lease. Lessee shall execute all such documents necessary to effect the foregoing.

Examples of Replacement Item in a sentence

• If we are unable to economically repair your electronic equipment then, at our discretion, a Replacement Item will be provided by us.We will not pay for any breakdown claims excluded under the “What is Not Covered” section.

• In the event of the substitution of a Replacement Item of Equipment, all provisions of this Indenture relating to the Item of Equipment or Items of Equipment being replaced shall be applicable to such Replacement Item of Equipment with the same force and effect as if such Replacement Item of Equipment was the same Item of Equipment being replaced.

More Definitions of Replacement Item

Replacement Item or "Replacement Items" shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.1 of the Loan Agreement.

Replacement Item shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4(f) of this Agreement.

Replacement Item an item of equipment that meets the standards of Section 5.11 or 5.12, as the case may be, of the Participation Agreement, is subject to the Partnership Agreement and is operated and maintained under the O&M Agreement and is not a Replacement Unit.
