Return of Proprietary Property. The Executive agrees that all property in the Executive’s possession that he obtains or is assigned in the course of his employment with the Company, including, without limitation, all documents, reports, manuals, memoranda, customer lists, credit cards, keys, access cards, and all other property relating in any way to the business of the Company, is the exclusive property of the Company, even if the Executive authored, created, or assisted in authoring or creating such property. The Executive shall return to the Company all such property immediately upon termination of employment or at such earlier time as the Company may request.

Executive shall return to the Company all such documents and property which are in Executive’s possession or subject to Executive’s control, and all copies of any of the foregoing, immediately upon termination of Executive’s employment or at such earlier time as the Company may reasonably request.

All personal property brought by the Employee to the Company and all documents of the Employee generated by him during his employment which could not be competitively used by others shall remain the property of the Employee and shall be returned to the Employee.
Return of Proprietary Property. During the Term, LGMG shall and the District may, at its sole option, prepare marketing or other proprietary information and materials relating to the Health Center, including, without limitation, information and materials useful in the delivery of the services rendered in accordance herewith for the benefit of the District. The preparing Party owns all rights to such information and materials, and upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the non-preparing Party shall immediately discontinue the use of and shall promptly return and/or restore to the preparing Party all originals and copies in the non-preparing Party’s possession of all of the preparing Party’s property, including all of its information and materials, whether or not covered by copyright, service xxxx and trademark rights. Such information and materials may include, without limitation, its logo, systems, forms, form contracts, reports, policy manuals, marketing and public relations materials relating to the preparing Party or the management or operation of the Health Center.
Return of Proprietary Property. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Services Agreement, Administrator shall immediately discontinue the use of and shall promptly return and/or restore to the Plan all originals and copies in Administrator's possession of all of the Plan’s proprietary property. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Services Agreement, the Plan shall immediately discontinue the use of and shall promptly return and/or restore to Administrator all originals and copies in the Plan’s possession of all of Administrator’s proprietary property. The terms of this Section shall not apply to any property that the other party is expressly permitted to retain under other provisions of this Services Agreement.
