Return to Work after Parental Leave. (a) An employee must confirm the employee's intention to return to work by notice in writing to the employer given at least four weeks before the end of the period of parental leave. (b) On returning to work after parental leave an employee is entitled: (c) If that position no longer exists, but there are other positions available which the employee is qualified for and is capable of performing, she is entitled to a position as nearly as possible comparable in status and pay as that of her former position.
