RETURNED ENTRIES AND NOCS. BASE COMMERCE will apply returned Entries to Merchant’s Account when they are received. As described elsewhere in this Agreement, if Merchant does not have funds available in its designated Account sufficient to cover all returned Entries, Merchant acknowledges and agrees that BASE COMMERCE will debit any other bank account identified by Merchant to BASE COMMERCE (regardless of the timing, method or reason Merchant identified such account to BASE COMMERCE). BASE COMMERCE will create and make available to Merchant a report containing detailed information about returned Entries. If Merchant requests that the returned Entries be provided electronically, BASE COMMERCE may do so according to the Rules and Regulations regarding returned Entries. Merchant is solely responsible for all returned Entries.

RETURNED ENTRIES AND NOCS. TSYS w ill apply returned Entries to Merchant’s Account w hen they are received. All returns will be processed and available through Processors web site or by other means as agreed to by the Processor, its agent and the Merchant. Processor and/or its agent will make available to merchant, Notification of Change (NOC) info from the ACH system; Xxxxxxxx agrees to incorporate the NOC info into its systems for any future transaction processing.

In the event Nuvei issues any credits or refunds on behalf of Merchant, the amount of the refund or credit and associated fees will be deducted from Merchant’s Account or may be Net Settled (as defined below). Nuvei will apply returned Entries to Merchant’s Account when they are received. Nuvei will create and make available to Merchant a report containing detailed information about returned Entries. If Merchant requests that the returned Entries be provided electronically, Nuvei may do so according to the Rules and Regulations regarding returned Entries. Merchant is solely responsible for all costs, expenses, fines, fees or other amounts incurred in connection with any returned Entries.

  • Account Procedures and Records (a) Grantee shall establish for the Project one or more separate accounts that shall be approved by the Project Monitor. Said account or accounts shall be maintained within Grantee's existing accounting system or set up independently. Said account or accounts shall be referred to herein collectively as "the Project Account."

  • Returned Checks In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, Transfer Agent or its agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the relevant Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued as a result of such check or order; and (iii) take such actions as Transfer Agent may from time to time deem appropriate.

  • Returned Transfers In using the Account to Account Transfer Service, you understand transfers may be returned for various reasons such as, but not limited to, the External Account number is not valid. We will use reasonable efforts to research and correct the transfer to the intended Account or void the transfer and credit your Account from which you attempted to transfer funds. You may receive notification from us.

  • ACCOUNTS AND RECORDS The accounts and records maintained by ALPS shall be the property of the Fund. ALPS shall prepare, maintain and preserve such accounts and records as required by the 1940 Act and other applicable securities laws, rules and regulations. ALPS shall surrender such accounts and records to the Fund, in the form in which such accounts and records have been maintained or preserved, promptly upon receipt of instructions from the Fund. The Fund shall have access to such accounts and records at all times during ALPS’ normal business hours. Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, copies of any such books and records shall be provided by ALPS to the Fund at the Fund’s expense. ALPS shall assist the Fund, the Fund’s independent auditors, or, upon approval of the Fund, any regulatory body, in any requested review of the Fund’s accounts and records, and reports by ALPS or its independent accountants concerning its accounting system and internal auditing controls will be open to such entities for audit or inspection upon reasonable request. ALPS or its undersigned as defined by Rule 17a-4 of the Securities and Exchange Act (the “Exchange Act”), shall have access to all electronic communications, including password access to the system storing the electronic communications, of registered representatives of ALPS that are associated with the Fund and are required to be maintained under Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act and FINRA Rules 3110 and 3010. Electronic storage media maintained by the Fund will comply with Rule 17a-4 of the Exchange Act.

  • Others Using Your Account If you allow anyone else to use your account, you will be liable for all credit extended to such persons. You promise to pay for all purchases and advances made by anyone you authorize to use your account, whether or not you notify us that he or she will be using it. If someone else is authorized to use your account and you want to end that person's privilege, you must notify us in writing, and if he or she has a Card, you must return that Card with your written notice for it to be effective.

  • Retention of Records The Contractor and its subcontractors shall maintain all records pertinent to this Agreement, and all other financial, statistical, property, participant records, and supporting documentation for a period of no less than seven (7) years from the later of the date of acceptance of the final payment or until all audit findings have been resolved. If any litigation, claim, negotiation, audit or other action involving the records has been started before the expiration of the retention period, the records shall be retained until completion of the action and resolution of all issues which arise from it, or until the end of the seven (7) years, whichever is later, and until any outstanding litigation, audit, or claim has been fully resolved.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • RETURNED CHECKS (NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS) If the Tenant pays the Rent with a check that bounces due to insufficient funds: (check one) ☐ - The Tenant will be required to pay a fee of $ per incident. ☐ - The Tenant will NOT be required to pay a fee.

  • Retention of Accounting Records Financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other records including electronic storage media pertinent to the Project shall be retained for a period of five (5) years after the close out of the grant. If any litigation or audit is initiated, or claim made, before the expiration of the five-year period, the records shall be retained until the litigation, audit, or claim has been resolved.
