Returning from Personal Leave at Expiration Date Procedures. Prior to the 26 expiration date of the personal leave of absence, the bargaining unit member shall notify Human 27 Resources in writing that his/her intent is to return or not to return from leave. Notification shall be 28 given a month before the return date to allow ample time for potential placement.
