Personal Leave of Absence definition

Personal Leave of Absence means the absence from the Company by a Participant, with the consent of the Company, for an extended period of time without salary under circumstances in which a return to full-time employment by the Participant is contemplated.
Personal Leave of Absence means a leave of absence for personal reasons approved in accordance with Company policy.
Personal Leave of Absence means a leave of absence for personal reasons for a period of no more than one year approved in writing by the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, or his delegate.

  • A non-probationary career employee may be granted a Personal Leave of Absence without Pay at the sole non-grievable discretion of the University.
