Review and Update Current CIP List. This task involves reviewing and updating the City’s current CIP list. Assumptions: • The city will provide the 2022-2027 Six-Year CIP for the Consultant to review how capital projects are developed over the six-year and 20-year time horizon and how the 6-year surface water CIP can blend into the overall six-year CIP. • The city will provide current CIP list and existing studies, reports, memos, or documentation for consultant review to identify additional CIPs, as well as remove completed CIPs. • The city will provide the current SMAP and planning level designs and costs for projects identified in the SMAP to be added to the CIP list. • The city will provide service request data for up to 281 services requests made between 2017 and 2020 from the City’s performance tracking spreadsheet, including an address for each service request. The Consultant will map in GIS and review the data to determine if any should be developed into CIPs. • The city will provide a table of existing known problem areas including street address locations. • Consultant will review the Mukilteo 2035 Comprehensive Plan, Capital Facilities element for adopted criteria for placing projects on the six-year CIP list and for moving projects from the 20- year CIP project list to the six-year CIP list. Adopted criteria will be incorporated into updated CIP prioritization criteria. • Public comments from the StoryMap, staff interviews, and citizen input on the CIP Webmapping Application will be reviewed to determine if there are additional problem areas not already identified. Not to exceed 20 hours. • Up to 300 total problem areas will be reviewed (281 problem areas identified through service records, and up to 19 problem areas identified through public feedback, and/or City Staff).

Properly designed engine enclosures and intake silencers will be used. • Equipment will be maintained on a regular basis. New equipment will be subject to new product emission standards. • Stationary equipment will be located as far away from sensitive receivers as possible. • Construction-related noise generators will be shielded from noise receivers (e.g., use temporary enclosures to shield generators or crushers, take advantage of site conditions to provide topographic separation). • Construction alerts will be distributed to keep the public informed of construction activities, and a toll-free number for construction-related complaints will be provided. • During the design phase, hours of operation will be evaluated to minimize disruptions during construction. ADOT to oversee for compliance TMP-4 Congestion from construction-related traffic will create temporary impacts in the project vicinity. The magnitude of these impacts will vary depending on the location of the sources of the fill material and of the disposition sites for surplus material, the land uses along the routes, the duration of hauling operations, staging locations, and the construction phasing. To identify acceptable routes and times of operation, ADOT, or its representative, will prepare an agreement with local agencies regarding hauling of construction materials on public streets. As it relates to these Technical Provisions, references to freeway, project, South Mountain Freeway, proposed action, proposed freeway, and Selected Alternative mean the Project, and references to contractor mean Developer. Developer shall comply with and perform all of the contractor and ADOT requirements, including the ADOT obligations, commitments, and responsibilities, identified in the following table, except to the extent of those requirements that are specifically identified in the third column, entitled “Description of ADOT Responsibilities,” which are not delegated to Developer.

OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • CMI/RAI MDS Report Recognizing the mutual objective of quality resident care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Union Management Committee with the Union as soon as practicable after the receipt of the annual CMI/RAI MDS report. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing levels, and staffing mix information; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI/RAI MDS report for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI/RAI MDS report on the staffing levels in the Home, quality resident care, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order.
