Review of Contract. 23.1 The PROVIDER has carefully examined, reviewed, and accepted this Contract and there are no discrepancies, errors, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts in this Contract that are material to the PROVIDER'S provision, performance or completion of the Work, the Contract price or Contract schedule that have not been clarified in writing by the BRA to the satisfaction of the PROVIDER.
Review of Contract. The Vendor has examined in detail and carefully studied and compared the Contract with all other information furnished by the Owner and has promptly reported to the Owner any material errors, inconsistencies or omissions so discovered or discovered by any of the Subcontractors. The Vendor will not prosecute any Major Portion of the Work knowing that it involves a material error, inconsistency or omission in the Contract without prior written notice to and approval by the Owner. If for any reason the Vendor violates this subsection 2.28, the Vendor will, in addition to being subject to any other remedies of the Owner, assume responsibility for such violation and, in such case, will be deemed to have waived any claims for an adjustment in any of the Specifications and/or System Standards which results directly from any such error, inconsistency or omission. This subsection 2.28 does not, nor will be deemed to, in any manner limit the terms of subsection 2.39.

Review of Contract. Superintendent has had the opportunity to obtain independent legal or other professional advice with regard to this Contract and the consequences that flow from it, including tax and retirement consequences.

Review of Contract. The Provider shall attend formal, minuted Review meetings (each such meeting being a "Review"), as required by the Council, to discuss the Council's levels of satisfaction in respect of the Service(s) provided under the Contract and to agree any necessary action to address areas of dissatisfaction. The Provider will not obstruct or withhold its agreement to any such necessary action. Such Reviews shall be attended by duly authorised and sufficiently senior staffs of both the Council and the Provider together with any other relevant attendees. The Parties shall agree an agenda for such Reviews.
Review of Contract. This contract is executed in three (3) originals. Player acknowledges that before signing this contract he has read all provisions of the Contract, including any addenda, and understands all provisions thereof, and has been given the opportunity to seek advice of counsel of his own selection to assist in any review of this contract. The Player also acknowledges that he understands and accepts all guidelines and policies stated in the IFL Operations Manual, Rule Book, and By Laws.
