Review of Discharge or Suspension. A. A discharged or suspended employee will be permitted to review his/her discharge or suspension with the Xxxxxxx. Except in cases where health and/or safety may be an issue, the Employer will make available an area where the discharged or suspended employee may meet with his Xxxxxxx before the employee is required to leave the property of the Employer.
