Review of Memorandum. The Memorandum will be kept under review. Amendments to this Memorandum may be made at any time by agreement of both parties. Both parties will take account of Executive policy decisions and reflect them. Before any changes are implemented, the Department will consult the Consumer Council, Northern Ireland Water and DOE Environment Agency.
Review of Memorandum. This Memorandum of Understanding supersedes all previous MOUs and shall become effective upon the date of the signatures of the Secretary/CEO of MassDOT, the MassDOT Highway Division Administrator, Chair of the Barnstable County Commissioners, the Chair of the Cape Cod Commission, the Chair of the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority Advisory Board, President of the Barnstable Town Council, and the Sub-Region A Representative, Sub- region B Representative, Sub-region C Representative, Sub-region D Representative and the President of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Council. The Signatories shall formally review the contents of this MOU every three years at a minimum, make appropriate changes as may be necessary and mutually agreeable, and record the results of the review in the minutes of the meeting at which the review is conducted. The MPO shall vote to release proposed changes to the MOU for public comment. After a twenty-one (21) day review period, taking into consideration all public comments, the MPO shall vote to endorse, decline or further revise the document. Substantial revisions (as determined by a simple majority of the MPO members in attendance) may require additional public review.
Review of Memorandum. Whenever any Party requests the revision of this MOU, the Parties will consult and make necessary revisions.
Review of Memorandum. I have carefully reviewed the Confidential Offering Memorandum in connection with the offering of Shares and any Supplement(s) thereto provided by the Companies (collectively, the "Memorandum"). I have been furnished with and have carefully read the Memorandum, and very specifically the sections entitled "Risk Factors" and "Available Information," and the documents referenced therein, including any documents listed in "Available Information" which I wished to review, and I am a suitable investor as described in the Memorandum.
Review of Memorandum. The Participants intend to consult and review the Memorandum on an annual basis regarding the cooperation, coordination, and enforcement assistance undertaken between the Participants for the prior 12-month period.

In addition, this memorandum will be reviewed and updated as necessary in the light of experience of its operation in practice and of any changes to the respective qualifications systems, or the roles and responsibilities of either organisation. Notwithstanding the above, there will be a scheduled review of the memorandum at the end of its fourth year, if a review has not been carried out in the intervening period.

The Participants intend to consult and review the Memorandum on a biannual basis regarding the cooperation, coordination, and enforcement assistance undertaken between the Participants for the prior 24-month period.
