Review of Project Documents. Notification to the University. The ESCO shall carefully review all Project Documents, including all addenda, whether prepared by the ESCO, its subcontractors or furnished by the University, for errors, inconsistencies or omissions relative to the performance of the work. Upon completion of its review of the Project Documents, and prior to commencing the work, the ESCO shall provide written notice to the University that:
Review of Project Documents. Within 15 Days after receipt (as evidenced by Seller's written or electronic confirmation that such Project Documents have been actually received by each of the notice recipients), notify Buyer of any objections to drafts of Project Documents and amendments thereto delivered by Buyer as provided in Section 6.1(d).
Review of Project Documents. Note Holder shall have received a true, correct, and complete copy of each Project Document and Project Authorization, in each case that are in effect as of the Closing Date, and each such Project Document and Project Authorization shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Note Holder.

Notification to the Customer The COMPANY shall carefully review all Project Documents, including all addenda, whether prepared by the COMPANY, its subcontractors or furnished by the CUSTOMER for errors, inconsistencies, or omissions relative to the performance of the Work. Upon completion of its review of the Project Documents, and prior to commencing the Work, the COMPANY shall provide written notice to the CUSTOMER that (i) there are no inconsistencies in the Project Documents pertaining to the performance of the Work at the Premises; or, (ii) specifying the nature of any conflicts or inconsistencies noted from the COMPANY’s review of the Project Documents. All Work to be performed under this Agreement by the COMPANY or its subcontractors, which the Project Documents indicate is in conflict with the Project Documents or the work of other Companies performing on the Premises, shall be brought to the attention of the CUSTOMER before the Work is commenced.
