Review of Workload. (a) The Employer agrees to review, at the request of the Union or employees, the workload of any employee or group of employees who consistently request(s) and/or logs overtime for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not the Employer should hire additional staff. (b) Disputes arising out of this clause shall be referred to the Joint Standing Committee.
