Reviews and Ratings. The Avid Marketplace may include social networking functionality that will allow end users to review and rate apps and Plug-ins. You agree that this functionality is important to the success of the Avid Marketplace, even if it results in unfavorable reviews or ratings of your Apps and Plug- ins. In order to preserve the integrity of these reviews and ratings, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly: (a) offer incentives to your End Users to rate your App or Plug-ins; (b) rate or review your own App or Plug-ins; (c) rate or review the apps or Plug-ins of any of your competitors; or (d) take any other action that could reasonably be expected to artificially increase favorable reviews or ratings of your own Apps or Plug-ins, or artificially increase unfavorable reviews or ratings of the apps or Plug-ins of any of your competitors.

Reviews and Ratings. Reviews and ratings do not reflect the views of Futuredontics; its affiliated entities; or its employees, officers, directors, or shareholders. We reserve the right, but do not undertake the obligation, to refuse or to remove any unacceptable review or other content in our sole and absolute discretion. A non-exhaustive list of unacceptable review or content includes, but is not limited to, the following: Offensive language, including obscenities, hate speech, or harassing, vulgar or explicit language; references to illegal activity; personal threats; or disclosure of personal information. Reviews and Ratings. Members of the Mobile Application and Web portal at the end of the Order to which they had a relationship, have the right to expose each other reviews and ratings of the quality of the work done. Each user of the Mobile Application and Web portal is assigned two types of reviews and ratings - one as a performer Orders, the other - as the customer's request. Both types of reviews and ratings exist independently of each other. Left Reviews and Ratings allow others to correctly assess the candidates and customers, on their integrity, competence, quality and other characteristics of the assignment concerned. Each user can apply through the appropriate form of mobile applications or Web portal the claim to administration to review the provided Feedback to him by another user, stating reasons. Administration of mobile applications or Web Portal is entitled does not answer to the appeal Members. Administration of mobile applications and Web Portal reserves the right to correct Reviews, or to remove them in case of specifying them unacceptable information - threats, foul language or review non-core order.

  • Required Ratings The Offered Certificates shall have received Required Ratings of at least [ ] from [ ].

  • Industry Ratings The City will only accept coverage from an insurance carrier who offers proof that it: a. Is authorized to do business in the State of Kansas; b. Carries a Best's policyholder rating of A- or better; and c. Carries at least a Class VIII financial rating; or d. Is a company mutually agreed upon by the City and Consulting Engineer/Architect.

  • Rating The Notes can be issued without the requirement that they have any rating from a nationally recognized statistical rating organization.

  • No Ratings There are no securities or preferred stock of or guaranteed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries that are rated by a “nationally recognized statistical rating organization,” as such term is defined under Section 3(a)(62) under the 1934 Act.

  • Ratings No “nationally recognized statistical rating organization” as such term is defined for purposes of Rule 436(g)(2) (i) has imposed (or has informed the Company that it is considering imposing) any condition (financial or otherwise) on the Company’s retaining any rating assigned to the Company or any securities of the Company or (ii) has indicated to the Company that it is considering any of the actions described in Section 7(c)(ii) hereof.

  • Cooperation with Rating Agencies If the ratings assigned to the Offered Notes by the Rating Agencies are conditional on the delivering of documents or the taking of any other actions by the Depositor, the Depositor will deliver those documents and take those actions.

  • PRIORITY RATING If so identified, this Contract is a "rated order" certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use, and SELLER shall follow all the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocation System Regulation (15 C.F.R. Part 700).
