ACCURACY AND RESPONSIBILITY. Management has relied upon the information contained in Resident's application to enter into this Agreement. Resident warrants that their rental application is true, complete and accurate. Resident agrees that if he/she has falsified any statement in the rental application, Management has the right to terminate this Rental Agreement immediately and further agrees that Management shall be entitled to retain any performance fee and any prepaid rents as fair and just liquidated damages. Resident further agrees in the event Management exercises its option to terminate this Rental Agreement, he/she will remove him/herself, family and possessions from the Property within 24 hours of notification by Management. Resident further agrees to indemnify Management for any damages to Property including, but not limited to, the cost of making residence suitable for renting to another Resident, and waives any right of "set-off" for the performance fee and prepaid rents which shall be forfeited as fair and just liquidated damages. It is expressly understood that this Agreement is between Management and each Resident, whom shall always be jointly and severally liable for the performance of every agreement and promise made herein. In the event of default by any one Resident, each and every remaining Resident shall be responsible for timely payment of full rent and all other provisions of this Agreement.
ACCURACY AND RESPONSIBILITY. It is expressly understood that this Agreement is between Wild Skies and each Guest, whom shall always be jointly and severally liable for the performance of every agreement and promise made herein. In the event of default by any one Guest, each and every remaining Guests shall be responsible for timely payment of any Fees or payments owed and all other provisions of this Agreement.
ACCURACY AND RESPONSIBILITY. Learnlink does not actively monitor, censor, or verify the reviews posted by Users for accuracy or reliability. However, each User is responsible for the content they post, and must ensure that their comments are accurate, constructive, and not misleading. Users may be held legally responsible for damages suffered by other Users or third parties as a result of their comments if such comments are found to be legally actionable or defamatory.
ACCURACY AND RESPONSIBILITY. Lessor relied materially upon the information contained in lessee’s Application in drafting this Agreement and the Option Agreement and all Exhibits attached hereto. Lessee warrants the LEASE Application is true, complete and accurate. If any statement in the LEASE Application is false, lessor may terminate this Agreement and the Option Agreement immediately. Lessor shall be entitled to retain any improvements to the premises, and performance fee and any prepaid rents. If lessor exercises any option or right to terminate this Agreement, all persons and possessions are to be removed from the premises within 24 hours of notification by lessor. Lessee further agrees to indemnify lessor for any damages to the premises including, but not limited to, the cost of making the premises suitable for renting to another lessee and waives any right of “set-off’ for lessee’s performance of improvements to the premises (see Exhibit “B “) and same shall be forfeited. This Agreement is between lessor and lessee who (m) shall always be jointly and severally liable for the performance of every understanding and promise made herein with and to lessor.

If lessor exercises any option or right to terminate this Agreement, all persons and possessions are to be removed from the premises within 24 hours of notification by lessor. Xxxxxx further agrees to indemnify lessor for any damages to the premises and waives any right of “set-off” and same shall be forfeited. This Agreement is between lessor and xxxxxx who shall always be jointly and severally liable for the performance of every understanding and promise made herein with and to lessor.
