Revised Implementation Plan a. The Contractor may submit a request for an extension or revised work plan, for review and approval by DBHR Contract Manager, to establish a revised work plan. Expenditures for proposed revisions will not be authorized until the request for extension has been reviewed and approved by the DBHR Contract Manager.

Revised Implementation Plan. In order to mitigate further schedule growth, contain capital costs, and prioritize the start-up of commercial production at the Processing Plant, the Proponent has prepared and delivered to the Government a revised implementation plan setting forth a “phased approach” for the completion of the Processing Plant and the bringing of the Processing Plant into full production, under cover of a letter delivered and accepted as of 1 March 2013 (the “Revised Implementation Plan”). The Proponent hereby undertakes to proceed diligently to complete the Processing Plant in accordance with the Revised Implementation Plan. The Proponent’s revised budget for the Processing Plant is now $4.25 billion, representing a substantial increase in the investment in the Province from that which was originally contemplated.

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Implementation Program 1. The Borrower shall:

  • Transition Plan In the event of termination by the LHIN pursuant to this section, the LHIN and the HSP will develop a Transition Plan. The HSP agrees that it will take all actions, and provide all information, required by the LHIN to facilitate the transition of the HSP’s clients.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Implementation Schedule TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with regard to all dates and time periods set forth and/or incorporated herein. Any material modification or deviation from an approved schedule described in this Agreement shall occur only upon approval of the City and RDA, with any such approvals required to be in writing as an amendment to this Agreement, and which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld. City shall cooperate and act promptly with respect to any and all permits or approvals necessary for completion of the Project. Notwithstanding the above, this Agreement shall not limit the discretion of the City, or any of its duly appointed and authorized governing bodies, boards or entities, in approving or rejecting any aspect of the Project or improvements contemplated on or about the Property.

The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement.   • Emergency Mode Operation Plan Contractor must establish a documented plan to enable continuation of critical business processes and protection of the security of electronic DHCS PHI or PI in the event of an emergency. Emergency means any circumstance or situation that causes normal computer operations to become unavailable for use in performing the work required under this Agreement for more than 24 hours.
