Revision and Changes. The Board shall have the right to change insurance carriers or otherwise provide for the coverages as set forth in this Article, as long as the level of benefits is the same or substantially better than the current insurance policy. An Insurance Committee, comprised of Administration and Association members will annually review and market the existing insurance policies, which will benefit all parties involved. Before the Board changes insurance carriers or otherwise provides for coverage, the Association shall be given advance notice in as reasonable a time as possible, copies of all correspondence relative to premium, coverage or benefit changes to the current carrier’s policy, as well as an opportunity to present its views on any such proposed changes.

  • Revisions With respect to Contracts that are “electronic chattel paper”, the related Receivables have been established in a manner such that (a) all copies or revisions that add or change an identified assignee of the authoritative copy of each such Contract must be made with the participation of the Trust Collateral Agent and (b) all revisions of the authoritative copy of each such Contract are readily identifiable as an authorized or unauthorized revision.
