Revocation Period; Effective Date. After you have accepted this Agreement, you will have an additional 7 calendar days in which to revoke your acceptance. If you do not revoke your acceptance, then the 8th day after the date of your signature will be the “Effective Date” of the Agreement, and you may not thereafter revoke it. You acknowledge and agree that if you exercise your right to revoke this Agreement, your termination of employment will remain effective on the Separation Date and you will not be entitled to the separation benefits in Paragraph 4.
Revocation Period; Effective Date. Executive understands that he may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) days after he has signed it (the “Revocation Period”). In the event he chooses to revoke this Agreement, Executive must notify the Company in writing in accordance with Section 4(d) below, in which case this Agreement shall have no force or effect. 1. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES By signing below, I represent and warrant as follows:
(a) There are no pending complaints, charges or lawsuits filed by me against any of the Released Parties.
(b) I am the sole and lawful owner of all rights, title and interest in and to all matters released under Paragraph 1, above, and I have not assigned or transferred, or purported to assign or transfer, any of such released matters to any other person or entity.

Revocation Period; Effective Date. Employee shall have a period of twenty-one (21) days from the date on which a copy of this Agreement has been delivered to Employee to consider whether to sign it. In the event that Employee elects to sign and return to the Company a copy of this Agreement, Employee has a period of seven (7) days following the date of Employee’s execution to revoke this Agreement (the “Revocation Period”) by delivering a written letter to ADMA Biologics, Inc., 0000 Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx., XX, Xxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000, Attention: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Executive Director & Head of Human Resources, within the Revocation Period notifying ADMA Biologics of Employee’s revocation. Employee further acknowledges and agrees that, in the event that Employee revokes this Agreement, the Agreement shall have no force or effect, and Employee shall have no right to receive any of the benefits provided for hereunder. Provided that Employee signs and does not revoke the Agreement as set forth above, it shall become effective on the eighth (8th) day following Employee’s execution of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). Employee acknowledges and agrees that, in the event Employee does not sign this Agreement within such twenty-one (21) day period or revokes his consent during the additional seven (7) day period described above: (i) the Agreement shall have no force or effect and Employee’s last day of employment with the Company was the Separation Date.
Revocation Period; Effective Date. Employee acknowledges that if Employee signs this Agreement, Employee will be given seven days following the day on which the Agreement is signed to revoke it. Such revocation must be sent by PDF lxxxx@xxxxx.xx, or alternatively, in an email expressly stating “I hereby revoke my signed separation agreement” to lxxxx@xxxxx.xx. If written revocation is not received by the end of the seven-day revocation period, this Agreement will become effective and enforceable on the eighth day after Employee signs and returns the Agreement to lxxxx@xxxxx.xx (the “Effective Date”). No payments due to you under this Agreement or the Options Extension shall be made before the Effective Date. If you revoke the Agreement, no payments or the Options Extension shall be made.
Revocation Period; Effective Date. The Parties agree that EMPLOYEE has seven (7) calendar days to revoke EMPLOYEE’s acceptance of this Agreement after signing it. If EMPLOYEE chooses to revoke EMPLOYEE’s acceptance of this Agreement, EMPLOYEE must notify Green Plains’ Chief Human Resources Officer at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000, in writing, delivered no later than seven (7) calendar days after EMPLOYEE signs this Agreement. The Parties agree that this Agreement will become final, binding, and effective on the day after the seven (7) day revocation period expires, provided EMPLOYEE does not exercise EMPLOYEE’s right to revoke (the “Effective Date”). If an effective revocation is delivered in the foregoing manner and timeframe, then this Agreement shall be of no force or effect and EMPLOYEE shall have no right to the Reinstated Awards.
Revocation Period; Effective Date. Employee has been given twenty-one (21) calendar days after the date he receives this Agreement (“21-day Consideration Period”) within which to review and consider it, to discuss it with an attorney of his own choosing, and to decide whether or not to sign it. Yuma hereby advises Employee to consult with an attorney of his own choosing during this 21-day Consideration Period.
5.1 In addition, for the period of seven (7) calendar days after the date Employee signs this Agreement (“7-day Revocation Period”), Employee may revoke it by delivering written notice of revocation to Yuma by hand-delivery or by facsimile or e-mail transmission (and retaining proof of successful transmission).
5.2 Because of this 7-day Revocation Period, this Agreement will not become effective and enforceable until the signed Agreement has been delivered to Yuma and no written notice of revocation has been delivered to Yuma during the 7-day Revocation Period (“Effective Date”).
Revocation Period; Effective Date. This Agreement may be revoked by you at any time within 7 days after the date you sign it (the “Revocation Period”). The revocation must be in writing sent to the undersigned, and must be sent to Discover before the expiration of the Revocation Period. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the day after the Revocation Period expires without it being revoked by you. If you revoke this Agreement, the Agreement will not be valid, and you will not receive the Retention Benefits and the releases contained herein shall not be effective. You may also revoke the second release contained in this Agreement in the same manner within seven days after you re-affirm it. If you do so, you will not receive the Retention Bonus and will not be entitled to the Second Release, and the releases provided by you and Discover of claims arising after the original date of signing of this Agreement shall not be effective.
