RFT Education Assistant Building Representatives. The RFT Education Assistant president/designee and building representatives shall be allowed reasonable time during the work year to carry out the duties necessary for the purpose of communicating Federation business to members of the unit. Such time shall be arranged between the RFT Education Assistant president/designee or building representative and the building principal. Up to seven (7) days leave per year shall be granted to the Education Assistants' bargaining unit upon request of the Federation president for purposes related to the conduct of bargaining unit business.
