At the end of your tenancy you have the right to claim compensation from us for certain kinds of improvements that you have made to the property with our written permission. This applies to improvements that would normally form part of our ‘duty to provide’ and that were carried out after 1 April 1994.

Right to compensation for improvements. Secure tenancies only When your tenancy comes to an end you may be entitled to compensation for improvements you have carried out to your property.
