Right to Consultation. You have the right in law to be consulted in respect of certain matters which relate to your Tenancy including significant changes to this Agreement. This is explained in more detail in the Tenants Handbook.
Right to Consultation. We will consult you, on matters affecting your home and your tenancy, before making changes in matters of housing management or maintenance which are likely to have a substantial effect on your tenancy.

10.1.3 When it states in this tenancy agreement that we will consult tenants, this means we will follow the consultation arrangements laid down in our consultation policy and procedure, but this may not involve consulting you individually. If you are not happy with a decision, you can ask us to review it. When we are asked to, we will review a decision. We may decide to keep to the original decision.The review will be carried out by someone who did not make the original decision.
Right to Consultation. In the event that Accretive elects to consider delivering services to a client in close proximity to Affiliate which is identified by Affiliate as a competitor on Appendix J, Accretive agrees to consult with Affiliate before undertaking such a relationship. Right to Consultation. All teachers have the right to consultation with their Principal in respect to assignment of grade and/or subject area. Such consultation shall occur by June of the current year. A teacher who has been notified of a change in assignment of grade and/or subject area between May and June inclusive shall have the right to terminate contract of employment (Form 2) up to and including June of that same year. Change in assignment may be made after that day, if required and reasonable.
