RIGHTS OF FACULTY. Except as modified by this agreement, the Employer retains all rights of Management, which in addition to all powers, duties and rights established by constitutional provision or statute, will include but not be limited to, the right to:
4.1. Nondiscrimination: The parties agree that there will be no discrimination against any professor because of race, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, color, ancestry, or in violation of current state and/or federal law unless on a bona fide occupational qualification, in the administration or application of the terms of this Agreement.
RIGHTS OF FACULTY. A faculty member has the right to review her/his official personnel file in the Human Resources Office and to place written responses to any material in the file. Written recommendations, evaluations, or other documents relating to performance shall be placed in the official personnel file in the Human Resources Office in a timely fashion.
RIGHTS OF FACULTY. A faculty member has the right to review her/his faculty personnel file and to place written responses to any material in the file. No items may be removed from a faculty member’s personnel file except for brief inspection or copying.
RIGHTS OF FACULTY a. Upon the request of a unit member, a Federation representative may be present during any investigatory interview scheduled as a result of an incident or complaint by a student, administrator or colleague which the unit member reasonably believes may result in discipline. A unit member shall also be entitled to Federation representation during any meeting subsequent to formal evaluation reports which concern his/her continued employment.
