FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. 5.4.1 The Federation shall have the right to elect or designate up to one employee for each work group as staff representative. Each work group representative shall have an alternate who shall function only in the absence of the regular staff representative, all of whom shall have completed their probationary periods.
5.4.2 At times mutually agreed to with the supervisors of the parties involved, the work group representative shall be allowed on the Employer's property reasonable time during working hours to present, process and investigate grievances without loss of pay.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The duly authorized business representative of the Federation and any other representative duly authorized in writing by the Federation shall be furnished a pass to the studio. He/she shall be permitted to visit, during working hours, any portion of the studio necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the Federation. The Producer shall respond promptly to requests by the Federation, through such representatives, for information relating to Producer's performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement. Upon request by the Federation, through such representatives, the Producer shall, at its option, either (i) permit such representatives of Federation to view, on the Producer's premises, or (ii) loan to the Federation a print of any motion picture subject to this Agreement.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The term "Federation Representative" as used in this Agreement refers to a person who has been officially so designated in writing to the President of a College and the Chancellor by the Federation President.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE a person designated by the Federation to perform duties on behalf of the Federation, in accordance with this Collective Agreement.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The duly authorized business representative of the Federation shall be furnished a pass to the Studio. He shall be permitted to visit during working hours any portion of the Studio necessary for the proper conduct of the business of the Federation.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. 4.1 Each federation shall within thirty days of the entry into force of this agreement appoint one contractor to act as the representative of the federation with regard to the other federations and the co-ordinator. The FR shall be member of the PMB.
4.2 The FR's tasks shall be in particular:
(a) supervision of progress within the federation he is representing relative to the time schedules and project deliverables as set out in the contract or otherwise agreed by the contractors ;
(b) collection and submission to the co-ordinator of project-related documents, including quarterly reports and cost statements. (Statements not received by the FR from a contractor in accordance with applicable timescales may be excluded from a submission, in order not to delay payments to other contractors;)
(c) keep the other members of the federation informed without delay of any event, decision or correspondence related to the project, the or the contract;
4.3 TheFR shall not submit proposals for changes to the contract to the PMB, or accept proposals for changes to the contract in the PMB, nor perform any act which implies a financial or other commitment for any contractor he is representing without the previous written agreement of the contractor(s) concerned.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The Federation shall notify the County in writing of its representative of the Federation. Upon proper introduction and notice, the representative shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County during all working hours to conduct Federation business. This representative shall observe any security regulations of the County. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work.

(c) keep the other members of the federation informed without delay of any event, decision or correspondence related to the project, the or the contract;;
(d) promptly notify the co-ordinator of any delay or difficulty in performance.
FEDERATION REPRESENTATIVE. The term "Federation Representative" as used in this Agreement shall mean any duly authorized designee of the Federation.

Each federation shall be responsible for the definition of any rules or procedures regarding the appointment and replacement of the FR. Each FR shall nominate a representative which shall be its member of the PMB as well as a deputy or a proxy.
5.2 The FR' s shall, with due respect to the contract and Annex 1 (Description of Work) thereto, in particular:
(a) supervise, in coordination with the activity managers in accordance with Annex 1 (Description of Work), progress within the federation it is representing relative to the time schedules and project deliverables as set out in the contract or otherwise agreed by the parties;
(b) collect and submit to the co-ordinator the project deliverables and other project-related documents;
(c) keep the other members of the federation informed without delay of any event, decision or correspondence related to the project or the contract;
(d) promptly notify the co-ordinator of any delay or difficulty in performance of any member of its federation.
5.3 The FR shall not submit proposals for changes to the contract or this agreement to the PMB, or accept proposals for changes to the contract or this agreement by the PMB, nor perform any act which implies a financial or other commitment for any party he is representing without the previous written agreement of the party(ies) concerned.
