Rights of Licensee. (a) Transpower grants the Customer: (1) a licence for the Facilities to occupy the Facilities Area; (2) the right to Operate and Maintain the Facilities for the purpose of the conveyance of electricity; and (3) the right of ingress and egress over the Land for the purposes of (2) above, upon the terms and conditions of this Schedule. (b) Transpower will ensure that the Customer has unimpeded access to the Facilities at all reasonable times.

Rights of Licensee. Licensee's primary use office shall have the right to access KGIS Data as described in Exhibit 1. Licensor shall not be obligated to provide support, maintenance, problem-solving or any other services related to KGIS Data.
Rights of Licensee. Programmer will indemnify and hold Licensee, its officers, directors, partners and employees harmless from and against all liability related or arising from to Programmer's Programming on the Stations or related to or arising from Station operations during Programmer's Programming, including, but not limited to, libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, and infringement of copyrights or other proprietary rights and violations of the Act or FCC rules resulting from the broadcast of Programming furnished by Programmer, or complaints from Station listeners regarding quantity, quality or delivery of merchandise ordered by such listeners as the result of solicitations contained within the Programming, tax liabilities arising from sales solicited on the Programming, any misrepresentation or breach of warranty of Programmer under this Agreement, or any breach of any warrant, agreement, or obligation of Programmer contained in this Agreement. Such indemnification shall apply to any and all claims, damages, liability, forfeitures, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from the production or broadcasting of any Programming supplied by Programmer, including Programming obtained from program suppliers and shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Rights of Licensee. The Licensee may exercise the following rights during the period of access or occupation under the Hire Agreement: 3.3.1 the right to use the Facility during the Occupation Date for the Permitted Use; and 3.3.2 the right of the Licensee and their employees, authorised agents, servants, contractors, and invitees to enter and leave the Facility during the Permitted Hours.
Rights of Licensee. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee the non-exclusive right to utilize the Trademarks and all goodwill associated therewith in connection with the manufacture, distribution and sale of such products and services as are approved by Licensor (such approved products and services are collectively referred to as "Approved Products"). It is expressly understood that the Approved Products shall include all products and services which were provided, manufactured, distributed or sold by Licensee in conjunction with one or more of the Trademarks prior to the date of this Agreement and shall also include such other products and services which fall within the description of goods of the corresponding registrations or common law usages of the Trademarks, provided that such products and services comply with the standards determined by Licensor as set forth herein and/or issued pursuant to this Agreement. The standards to be determined by Licensor shall include, without limitation, the quality of the goods or services, the labeling and advertising uses of the Trademarks, and the performance requirements of new products or services intended to be provided under the Trademarks. Licensor acknowledges that the standards and policies currently followed by Licensee are satisfactory to Licensor, but Licensor reserves the right to withdraw its approval or amend its standards at any time. 2.

Rights of Licensee. The rights of a licensee are generally determined as a result of negotiation between the parties. The licence agreement, if registered with the Department of Intellec- tual Property, confers the licensee substantive rights over third parties. Generally, the licensee in an exclusive licence has superior rights to the inven- tion provided that he has registered the licence agreement. The licensee also has the right to acquire non-patented components, materials, or products from sources other than the licensor.

As a single-user license, end user is granted a non-exclusive license that may be assigned to use the licensed version of the NNIME Database on a single computer only as set forth in this XXXX. 3. With a multi-user license, the NNIME Database may be implemented on a specified number of computers or workstations, provided that these computers or workstations are owned by the same end user. The number of concurrent computers using the NNIME Database is specified in the end user’s order and in the respective xxxx. 4. End user is entitled to use the NNIME Database as specified in the corresponding order and in the respective xxxx, for an unlimited number of commercial or educational projects and reports. Data shall be quoted herein by attributing as source the corresponding NNIME Database and/or the corresponding version of the NNIME Dataset as specified in section 1.
