RIGHTS OF THE ASSOCIATION. Section 6.1 - The Association has the right and responsibility to represent the interests of all employees under the jurisdiction of this bargaining unit; to present its views to the District on matters that are contained in this Agreement, which may be done orally or in writing; and to enter into collective bargaining as defined in Article VII, Section 7.1, of this Agreement.
