The Board agrees to furnish to the Association, in response to reasonable requests from time-to-time, all available public information concerning the financial resources of the District, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations, and such other information as will assist the Association in developing intelligent, accurate, informed and constructive programs on behalf of the teachers and their students, together with information which may be necessary for the Association to process any grievance or complaint. The Association shall be advised by the Board of any new or modified millage, bond, or tax programs which are proposed or under consideration, and the Association shall be given reasonable opportunity to consult with the Board with respect to the proposed annual budget prior to its adoption and general publication.

Association officials who are not employees of this District shall be permitted to consult with the Board with respect visit school premises to transact official Association business, provided they first report to the proposed annual budget prior office of the Building Principal upon entry and state the nature of their business.
F. The Association shall have the right to post notices of its adoption activities and general publicationmatters of Association concern on teacher bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building. The Association may use the teacher mailboxes for communications to teachers; provided that the appropriate Association official affixes his signature to every notice distributed or posted on or through school facilities, if the source is not identified on the material.
