RIGHTS OF THE UNION. A. The Union, as the authorized representative, has the exclusive right to serve as the meet and confer representative of all employees in the Fire Fighter's Unit as certified by the Phoenix Employment Relations Board agrees to rent office space to the local Union if space is available. 1. RIGHTS OF THE UNION. A.
