Risk in Goods. Risk in goods supplied by Supplier to Customer passes to Customer upon the sooner of delivery of goods at Customer’s premises, or to Customer’s control.

Risk in Goods. 11.1 Risk in the Goods and Services supplied by the Company to the Customer will pass to the Customer immediately upon delivery to the Site. Notwithstanding the delivery of the Goods and Services to the Customer, full and absolute ownership of and title in the Goods supplied by the Company to the Customer under these Terms shall not pass to the Customer.

For large or costly orders, it is strongly recommended the Customer purchase transit insurance to cover the shipment.

The rentals payable here under do not include any element of insurance and the hirer shall indemnify and save the owner harmless against any and all claims (including any claim for personal injury and/or damage to property) costs loss damage and expense whatsoever whether arising out of or attributable to delay in delivery of or condition or use of the goods or any part thereof infringement or alleged infringement of any patent or other proprietary right or loss or seizure of or damage to the goods whether in whole or in part however any of the foregoing may have been caused.
