Roadside Assistance Protection. (RAP): If Renter selects the RAP protection on the Rental Agreement Summary, Owner waives Renter's responsibility concerning: (a) all costs of recovery and travel invoiced by Owner's selected road assistance service providers in relation to a breakdown of Owner's Vehicle caused by the driver or Renter; (b) replacement of lost stolen, or broken keys; and (c) costs of repair and replacement of the tyres (excluding rims) except when they form part of a wider damage to the vehicle. The protection does not apply if Renter breaches his obligations in this Rental Agreement.

Roadside Assistance Protection. (RAP): If Renter selects RAP on the Rental Agreement Summary, Owner will waive Renter's responsibility for the following (i) all recovery and call out charges imposed by Owner's chosen Roadside Assistance Providers as a result of any fault occurring to Owner's Vehicle which is due to driver or Renter error (ii) replacement of lost keys and (iii) tyre repair or tyre replacement costs (excluding rims) except when part of larger damage to the Vehicle. RAP does not exempt Renter from these charges for damage caused by any breach of section 3, 4 or 5 of the Rental Agreement (unless such breach is excused under applicable law), or if Renter failed to take all measures to look after and secure the Vehicle or the keys or any other device which unlocks the Vehicle and/or enables the Vehicle to be started.
Roadside Assistance Protection. Roadside assistance is available to all renters. In some cases, we may offer additional Roadside Assistance Protection. If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance Protection, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance Protection includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. Cost of a replacement tire is not covered by Roadside Assistance Protection. If you do not purchase Roadside Assistance Protection, you may incur additional costs if we provide the services described above. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance Protection, you may wish to check whether you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance Protection is not insurance and is optional. Roadside Assistance Protection is void if you are in breach of this agreement, including the prohibited uses in Paragraph 6.

Roadside Assistance Protection. (RAP). Enterprise provides roadside assistance to the renter. This includes a 24-hour emergency service including provision of a replacement vehicle in case of lost vehicle key, shipping of the key, on-site assistance in case of tyre breakdowns, towing service, forced unlocking of the vehicle if the keys are locked inside, jump-start assistance, and refuelling service up to 5 litres. Roadside assistance is available in almost all European countries; the current list of countries is available at the rental branch at the time of rental. By checking the appropriate box on the front of this form, the renter undertakes to pay a flat-rate fee that covers all roadside assistance services up to the respective maximum amount agreed. Roadside assistance is also available without payment of this flat-rate fee; it will then be billed according to actual costs incurred for each assistance service rendered.

Roadside Assistance Protection. When deciding whether or not to purchase ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROTECTION (RAP), you may wish to check to determine whether, you have other coverage or protection for such services. Renter may purchase RAP from Owner for an additional fee. If Renter purchases RAP, Owner agrees to contractually waive Owner’s right to collect from Renter for the following services: (i) flat tire replacement (if no inflated spare is available, Vehicle will be towed) but the cost of a replacement tire is not waived, (ii) lockout service (if keys are locked inside Vehicle), (iii) Vehicle jumpstart, and (iv) fuel delivery for up to 3 gallons (or equivalent liters) of fuel if Vehicle is out of fuel. RAP does not waive any charges incurred in Mexico.
Roadside Assistance Protection. (RAP): If you accept RAP on the Rental Agreement Summary we will waive all of your responsibility for the following: (i) tyre repair or tyre replacement costs including rims except when part of a larger repair to the Vehicle; (ii) replacement key costs; (iii) glass repair or glass replacement costs except when part of a larger repair to the Vehicle; and (iv) all recovery and call out charges imposed by our chosen roadside assistance providers as a result of any fault occurring to our Vehicle which is due to driver or renter error. RAP does not exempt you from these charges for damage caused by the use of incorrect fuel: any breach of paragraphs 3, 4 or 9, or running out of fuel more than once.

In order to help registrars and registrants identify inaccurate data in the Whois database, Registry Operator will audit Whois data for accuracy on a statistically significant basis (this commitment will be considered satisfied by virtue of and for so long as ICANN conducts such audits). ii. Work with registrars and registrants to remediate inaccurate Whois data to help ensure a more accurate Whois database. Registry Operator reserves the right to cancel a domain name registration on the basis of inaccurate data, if necessary. iii. Establish and maintain a Domains Protected Marks List (DPML), a trademark protection service that allows rights holders to reserve registration of exact match trademark terms and terms that contain their trademarks across all gTLDs administered by Registry Operator under certain terms and conditions. iv. At no cost to trademark holders, establish and maintain a Claims Plus service, which is a notice protection mechanism that begins at the end of ICANN’s mandated Trademark Claims period. v. Bind registrants to terms of use that define and prohibit illegal or abusive activity. vi. Limit the use of proxy and privacy registration services in cases of malfeasance. vii. Consistent with the terms of this Registry Agreement, reserve the right to exclude from distribution any registrars with a history of non-­‐compliance with the terms of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement. viii. Registry Operator will be properly resourced to perform these protections.

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Section 1. The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3. Employees shall be entitled to use accrued sick leave for participation in an Employee Assistance Program. Section 4. Each university will offer training to local Union Stewards on the Employee Assistance Program available in their university, on university time, where an Employee Assistance Program is available.

  • Educational Assistance Section 1. Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. See Hennepin County Tuition Reimbursement Policy Frequently Asked Questions Section 2. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.

  • Mutual Assistance The Parties will do all things reasonably necessary or appropriate to carry out the terms and provisions of this Agreement and to aid and assist each other in carrying out such terms and provisions.

  • Employee Assistance Plan The District will provide an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) which allows each employee to refer themselves confidentially to the EAP provider. To protect confidentiality, any data which the provider transmits to the District shall be summary only. The Employee Assistance Plan will include individual and/or family counseling.
