Role of Project Manager / Team leader. The Project Manager will be appointed by the Lead Party and will be responsible for the overall co-ordination and management of the Project and in particular be charged with: (i) Liaising with the Funding Authority (if any) as required, and communication with Third Parties and Members Agencies to keep them informed; (ii) Collaborating with the Member Agencies to design the Budget (iii) In consultation with the Member Agencies, drawing up the budget and the development of the program and timeline indicating the dates on which activities should be completed (iv) Delegating to persons noted in Item 8 of the Schedule to handle: o Financing arrangements and budget management; o Reporting, including final acquittals; o Continuous monitoring of the Project to ensure that deadlines are met o Evaluation at the conclusion of the Project (v) Taking responsibility for handling unforeseen problems and general trouble shooting.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • County Project Manager The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison with Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
