Role of Steering Group. The role of the Steering Group is to provide overall leadership and direction for the Frameworks including: Scrutiny of and support for the compliant use of the Framework by Participating Authorities and Framework Providers; Defining, verifying and ensuring achievement of the Framework Objectives, benefits, efficiencies and performance; Promoting the use of the Framework to eligible Participating Authorities through communications and guidance; Actively promoting the Framework; Agreeing membership of the Steering Group; Considering and agreeing requests from eligible Participating Authorities to access the Framework; Monitoring workload and capacity of Framework Providers Making recommendations relating to the re-procurement of the Framework following the Framework Term; Reviewing and Recommending Framework guidelines and working practices, including regular review and agreeing the Framework Governance structure; Providing support to the Framework Provider Meetings and Task Groups; Management of combined forums with Framework Providers, Contractor Framework Providers, Participating Authorities and other organisations; Developing and agreeing the detailed Management Information for the Frameworks; Regularly reviewing Targets to support continuous improvement; Periodically reviewing outputs from the Framework Management Team and recommending actions; and Meeting quarterly, or as required.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
