Provider Meetings. At a minimum, at least one CONTRACTOR’s Program staff shall attend each of the provider meetings held by ADMINISTRATOR for the purpose of networking, learning, and sharing. Dates for provider meetings shall be determined by ADMINISTRATOR and communicated to CONTRACTOR at least one (1) month in advance of each meeting.
Provider Meetings. At a minimum, CONTRACTOR’s Program Director shall attend each 22 of the provider meetings per Period held by ADMINISTRATOR for the purpose of networking, 24 communicated to CONTRACTOR at least one (1) month in advance of each meeting.

For Full Service Partnerships or for programs operating under a Master (versus Services As Needed) Contract, Contractor shall attend regularly scheduled ACBHD System of Care Provider meetings and any other special trainings and/or meetings as deemed necessary by ACBHD throughout the term of this Agreement.
